Italian favorable cafe is by all means espresso. If you run a restaurant in Italy, you have to serve an excellent cafe to keep your customers. Italian bartender, called barista, takes a special care about his coffee machine, and everything has to be perfectly prepared every single time.

Mild Arabica coffee beans are mostly used, although sometimes blended with more intensive Robusta varieties. Robusta contains more caffeine and has stronger taste. Arabica is aromatic and very tasty. Only the best quality beans are used, but the real secret is in roasting. It has to be done very carefully, and roasted beans have to be air cooled after that.

Houston cafe suppliers are providing only the best beans roasted and packaged in Italy. High quality blends and fresh and aromatic taste can be achieved only if those beans are grind just before brewing. Grinders using grinding wheels are the best for this purpose, and they will provide more thorough grind.

Italian folks prefer brown coffee with golden froth. There are all kinds and variations of this favorite beverage, but the most popular are espresso, macchiato and cappuccino. If you order a cafe in Italy, you will simply get an espresso. Ristretto is prepared with less water than regular one, and Lungo is prepared with more water. Doppio is double espresso.

Macchia means stain or smear. Macchiato is actually an espresso with a splash of milk on the top. Latte macchiato is really steamed milk with a splash of espresso on the top. Corretto is cleverly corrected with some grappa, or cognac.

Cappuccino is the most popular version. Creamy and sweet, it contains the same amounts of steamed milk, foamed milk and espresso, but if you would like it to be stronger, you may order scuro, with more coffee inside. Chiaro contains more milk, but all are simply delicious.

Espresso is very important part of Italian life. On their way to work, they usually take two or three sips of their espresso in their favorite bar, standing at the bar, of course. Cappuccino is an essential part of their breakfast, but you can also drink it with your friends during marenda, or pause.

It is perfectly normal there to pay different prices at the bar or at the table, inside or on the terrace. In some Venice bars they have eight different prices for the same cup of your favorite beverage. If you are sitting at the table, on the terrace, and the weather is nice, and the man is playing the piano next to you, well, you might be surprised with your bill.

You don't have to take a trip to Italy to be able to enjoy the real Italian cafe every single morning. Houston coffee suppliers will provide only the best blends for the preparation of your favorite beverage. Start your day on the best possible way.
